Datafeed ICG B.V. (“Datafeed”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered at Strawinskylaan 3051, 1077 ZX Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with Chamber of Commerce number 96501847. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
This policy covers:
• our website at datafeed.website;
• our client file portal at datafeed.sharefile.eu; and
• correspondence with us by email.
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and Dutch implementing law.
When you submit a contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, your email address, your company, details of what you are asking about, and anything else you choose to write.
When you email us, we hold the message and your address for as long as the correspondence is useful.
When you subscribe to updates, we record your email address.
When we work with you as a client, we hold the contact details and files needed to deliver the engagement, in our client portal.
When you visit our website, our hosting provider records standard server information: the IP address of the request, the browser and operating system reported, the pages requested, and the date and time. This is ordinary web-server operation and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies, and we do not target advertising based on your visits.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether our interest is outweighed by your rights, and concluded it is not. If you disagree in your particular case, you can object: see §7.
We use the following service providers. Each processes personal data on our instructions, under a written agreement.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We may disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example, in response to a court order or a lawful request from an authority, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
If Datafeed is sold or merged, personal data may transfer with the business. The recipient would be bound by this policy or one offering equivalent protection, and we would tell you before anything changed.
Some of the providers above process personal data outside the European Economic Area, principally in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, incorporated into our agreement with that provider, and, where the provider is certified, by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to any particular transfer.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
correct it if it is wrong or incomplete;
erase it, where we have no continuing basis to keep it;
restrict how we use it while a question about it is resolved;
portability in regard to receiving data that you have provided to us in a machine-readable format, where we hold it on the basis of consent or contract;object to processing we base on legitimate interests; and
withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before you withdrew.

We will respond within one month. If a request is complex we may extend that by a further two months, and we will tell you if we do. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). You may also complain to the authority where you live or work.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Our service providers encrypt data at rest.
We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, and our providers are contractually required to maintain appropriate security measures.
No system is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Please keep your own access credentials safe, if you believe an account or a file has been exposed, tell us at: security@datafeed-icg.com
Our website sets no cookies of its own.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking of any kind on this site. There is therefore no cookie banner and nothing for you to consent to or manage.
Our contact form and client portal are operated by third parties on their own domains, and they may set cookies necessary for those services to work.
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
If you believe a child has given us personal data, email privacy@datafeed-icg.com and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The version number and effective date at the top tell you which version you are reading. Where a change materially affects how we handle your personal data, we will take reasonable steps to tell you rather than relying on you to notice.
